Mariner Capital Advisors Completes the Sale of Therapy Support to National HME

Tailwind Capital, a leading middle market private equity firm investing in growth-oriented companies, acquired Therapy Support, Inc., through a merger with their portfolio company, National HME, Inc. The announcement was made by Geoffrey Raker, Partner at Tailwind, William Monast, President and CEO of National HME and Brian and David Pavlin, co-founders of Therapy Support. Mariner Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Therapy Support in the transaction.
